"Early Check-In Requests"

Requests for early check-in cannot be guaranteed before the Arrival Date. Please contact the hotel directly on the day of arrival to inquire about early check in.

• Early check-in (if possible) can be arranged after 11:00 a.m. on arrival date.
• An early check-in fee of $25.00 USD will apply.

"Free Parking"

Your car's license plate number will be required at check in. Kindly have this information ready at check-in.

• The hotel provides FREE parking for a maximum of one (1) car per room only.
• Parking spaces are not guaranteed and subject to first come, first served basis.
• Parking is not available for large vehicles (i.e. RVs or trailers) on the property.
• Street parking is available and subject to city regulations.

Arriving Late? Call us to ask about the "Pre-Check in" option

Check in starts at 3:00 pm till 12:00 Midnight.

If you plan on arriving AFTER Midnight, then you need to call us directly at +1 (323) 256 -1199 to ask about the Pre-Check In option.

• The pre-check in option allows guests to check in on their scheduled arrival date instead of losing the reservation due to No Shows.
• Pre-check in is a very simple process that requires an email confirmation from you. Please contact us directly to request the pre-check in option if you will be arriving to the hotel after 12:00 a.m. midnight.  

"Security Deposit"

A security deposit of $100.00 USD is required for all our guests at check-in. This security deposit covers smoking or vaping violations, damages or missing items, or for bringing a pet inside the room. 

• The security deposit is refundable on departure date if the room is in satisfactory condition.
