Early Check In Requests:
Requests for early check-in cannot be guaranteed before the Arrival Date. Please contact the hotel directly on the day of arrival to inquire about early check-in.
Early Check-In (if possible) can be arranged after 11:00 a.m. on arrival date.
An early check-in fee of $25.00 USD will apply.
Payment Methods that we do Not accept:
1. A credit / Debit Card that "does NOT correspond" with the name of the Registered Guest.
2. Mobile Device Payments.
3. Credit or Debit Cards lacking a printed name on the front of the credit / debit card.
4. Virtual Credit Cards.
5. Expired or Cancelled Credit Cards.
6. Credit card authorization forms.
Registered Guest Verification:
When arriving at the hotel, the Registered Guest (the individual whose name is on the reservation) is required to show a valid form of identification and a credit/debit card that corresponds to the name displayed on the identification presented at check-in.
Prepayments Policy:
Any advance payments made by the guest through a payment method that the hotel does not accept will be refunded at check-in, and the guest must provide a valid payment method for the total cost of the reservation (total room cost + deposit.)
We recognize that certain International Travelers might possess a credit/debit card that does not display a printed name on its front. This form of payment cannot be processed at the hotel since we cannot confirm the name on the credit/debit card with the name on the passport of the registered guest. In this situation, you must pay in CASH during check-in for the full amount of your reservation (total room cost + deposit.)
3rd party Credit Card Authorization Forms:
We do not accept credit card authorizations. The following options are available if you wish to pay in advance for your guest, and you will not be present at check-in.
1. ZELLE Transfers. (USA guests only)
2. Check Payments (personal checks are permitted) - All check payments must arrive 2 weeks before the date of arrival. (USA guests only)
Information about the security deposit we collect:
The security deposit is collected for all our guests. This security deposit is refundable on departure date. The deposit covers:
Smoking/vaping in the rooms
Damages or missing items
Pet violations except for properly trained and registered service animals.
We return deposits in the same form of payment it was provided at check in.
Free Parking:
The hotel offers complimentary parking for one (1) vehicle per room only. Nonetheless, parking space is not assured and depends on availability. Large vehicles (R.V), detachable trailers, buses can park on the street. Street parking is available and subject to city regulations.
Your car’s license plate number will be required at check-in. Kindly have this information ready.
Arriving Late? Call us to ask about the "Pre-Check in" option
Check in starts at 3:00 pm till 12:00 Midnight.
If you plan on arriving AFTER Midnight, then you need to call us directly at +1 (323) 256 -1199 to ask about the Pre-Check In option.
The pre-check in option allows guests to check in on their scheduled arrival date instead of losing the reservation due to No Shows.
Pre-check in is a very simple process that requires an email confirmation from you. Please contact us directly to request the pre-check in option if you will be arriving to the hotel after 12:00 a.m. midnight.
Changes, Modifications, or Cancellations:
Kindly check and confirm the details of your reservation as stated in your confirmation letter. For any changes to your reservation, please contact us at +1 (323) 256 -1199. Any changes to your reservation or cancellations will be respected according to the terms and conditions you accepted during the booking process.
