Deposit Policy Based on Rate Plan:

 

1) Reservations with a Flexible Cancellation Policy

A $100.00 USD deposit will be charged today.
This deposit is applied toward the total cost of your stay (room charges + deposit) at check-in.

At check-in, guests are required to pay the remaining balance for their stay (room charges and taxes) as well as a $100 USD refundable security deposit. The deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or smoking/pet violations and will be refunded at check-out if the room is left in acceptable condition.

 

2) Non Refundable Reservations

The total cost of your reservation (room + tax) is prepaid at the time of booking. A $100.00 USD Refundable Security Deposit will be collected at check-in. The deposit covers potential damages, missing items, or smoking/pet violations and will be refunded at check-out if the room is left in acceptable condition.


 

Check-In Guidelines

To ensure a smooth and efficient check-in, please review the following important information regarding payment and verification requirements.

 

We Do Not Accept the Following Payment Methods:

 

Credit or debit cards that do not match the name of the registered guest.

Mobile payment methods (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.)

Credit or debit cards without a printed name on the front.

Virtual or inactive credit/debit cards.

Credit card authorization forms.


 

Registered Guest Verification

 

At check-in, the registered guest (the person whose name appears on the reservation) must present:

 

A valid government-issued photo ID, and

A credit or debit card that matches the name on the ID.


 

Prepayment Policy (for Reservations Paid Directly to the Hotel)

If an advance payment was made using a non-accepted payment method, it will be refunded at check-in, and a valid payment method will be required for the total stay amount (room cost + deposit).

For international travelers with credit or debit cards that do not display a printed name, payment cannot be processed because the cardholder’s name cannot be verified. In this case, payment must be made in cash for the full amount (room cost + deposit) at check-in.


 

Third-Party Credit Card Authorizations

We do not accept credit card authorization forms.
If you wish to pay for another guest in advance and will not be present at check-in, the following payment options are available (U.S. guests only):

Check payments (personal checks accepted) — must be received at least 2 weeks prior to the guest’s arrival.


 

Security Deposit Information

A refundable security deposit is required from all guests at check-in. The deposit covers:

 

Smoking or vaping in rooms

Damage or missing items

Pet policy violations (excluding properly trained and registered service animals)

 

Your deposit will be refunded at check-out using the same payment method you provided when checking in.

Guests arriving after midnight must complete a pre-check-in to avoid cancellation as a “No Show.”

The Hills Inn Eagle Rock offers the following services: complimentary coffee every morning available in the lobby area, laundry facilities, EV charging station, Elevator, Free Parking, Discounts to Local Restaurants available for our guests. 


 

HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE

To help conserve water, housekeeping service is provided every other day.

Guests staying 3 nights or longer will receive service every other day.

Guests may opt out of housekeeping for up to 6 consecutive nights, but all rooms must receive service at least once every 7 days.

If you prefer not to have housekeeping due to privacy or health concerns, please notify the front desk. We can arrange a room change on the 7th day of your stay.

If you would like additional housekeeping service, please contact the front desk by 11:00 a.m. We will do our best to accommodate same-day requests, though service cannot be guaranteed.

GUEST PARKING

 


Complimentary parking is available for one (1) vehicle per room, based on availability. Please note that parking spaces are not guaranteed.

Large vehicles such as RVs, trailers, and buses must park on the street, in accordance with city parking regulations.

Your license plate number is required at check-in, so please have this information ready upon arrival.

This property is privately owned and the management reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
