Guests intending to use the Free Game Shuttle must first take the Metro Bus # 180 to Pasadena, and get off near the Parsons Building. Please keep in mind that we do not recommend taking the Free Shuttle to the Rose Bowl unless you have tickets for the Rose Parade in Area 1 or Area 2. Please be informed that if you do not have tickets to the Rose Parade you will not be able to access the Area 1 or Area 2 of the Parade which are the closest locations to the Free Shuttle location.
Furthermore, due to Pasadena traffic congestion caused by the Rose Parade, Metro Bus # 180 will make multiple unscheduled detours. As a result, passengers aboard the bus may end up getting off in an area too distant from the Shuttle's site.

Are there alternative options to get to the Rose Bowl Game from The Hills Inn Eagle Rock?
Yes, there are other choices. However, taking the LA Metro Bus # 180 is by far the best choice because it is easy, affordable, and more manageable than driving and parking in Pasadena.
Uber Ride. Guests taking Uber Rides will have to pay a very high fee as the Uber Price fluctuates depending on the demand, and of course large events in the city. As a result of the increasing demand, wait times are longer and more inaccurate. There is currently only one designated drop-off point for guests using Ride-Sharing. The drop-off location is on Holly St., between Fair Oaks Ave. and Raymond Ave. This drop-off point is close to the Parsons Building, allowing guests to ride the free shuttle to the game. Drop-offs and pick-ups, including taxi and rideshare drop-off services, are not permitted at the Rose Bowl Stadium.
Street parking. No parking is permitted on the streets surrounding the Rose Bowl Stadium. Cars parked illegally are immediately towed.
Paid parking. There is no designated parking, therefore vehicles are stacked in rows of five (5) on a first-come, first-served basis. Parking at the Rose Bowl Stadium starts at $50.00 USD.
Taxi. This service is not available in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles.
